Panel Speakers:

Dan Clutch: Special Agent-in-Charge, Bureau of Industry and Security, Office of Export Enforcement at the Chicago Field office. Clutch and his team collaborate with the exporting community to prevent export violations. They conduct investigations to gather evidence to support criminal and administrative sanctions. He previously held criminal investigative positions at the US Department of State and the US Department of Health and Human Services-Office of Inspector General.

Eric Wilson: Attorney at Law for Godfrey & Kahn is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice Group and a member of the government investigations, white collar and compliance, international trade compliance, and antitrust practice groups. Wilson, a former government prosecutor, advocated for clients to government regulators and has headed corporate internal investigations. Wilson heads Godfrey & Kahn's international trade team and advises clients regarding export and import compliance matters.

Chris Barnett:  Licensed Customs Broker and Trade Compliance Administrator for Bemis Company, Inc. He is responsible for all international freight movement, broker management and ensuring customs compliance throughout Bemis. He received his Customs Broker License in 2015 and has a BBA from UW Oshkosh and is finishing up his MBA at Lakeland University. Before working at Bemis, Chris spent three years working at Mercury Marine as a Trade Compliance Analyst.
