The City of Menasha is getting $250,000 in state money to redevelop the site of a former theater that burned down in 2018.
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation says the grant will help the $10 million project proposed for the site of the Brin Building at the corner of Main and Tayco streets. The city is working with developer The Brin LLC to buy the site, finish the remaining demolition and build the new development.
